Weston, West Virginia
Jeff here. Went into town today, and got a good look around as 4 new tires got installed on the Tacoma. Kind of a sad little town, with it's best days behind it, but a few interesting things to note. First off, like most of West Virginia, there are very few flat surfaces, so you get here through a series of roads twisting through steep valleys. Then you come upon something like this. It's an insanely huge lunatic asylum built during the civil war. It had to e well over a quarter of a mile long. The town is too small to have a bar, but it has this. Click on it to get an idea of just how ginormous it is.
Then there is the issue of non-sequiter businesses. I bought my tires today at a furniture and tire store. Really.
Last, we see why we only purchase seafood in coastal states. Those are some skanky skallops.

Ooooh, that is the CREEPIEST place I have ever seen... cool.
Well, everybody has to live somewhere...Is that asylum occupied?!? If it is, no wonder Weston is such a small and sad little town.
And I cannot believe how quickly you forget that you can easily buy tires and get a haircut and rent videos and get a lobster roll at the same store in Maine!
